Certification of compliance to Regulation (EU) 833/2014, Article 3g paragraph 1(d) or UK Government’s Russia Sanctions (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

As a Franchised Distributor, Aerco have sought declarations that they are in full compliance with these regulations as of 30th September 2023, from all the Manufacturers represented.

We have also added a clause to all our purchase orders, stating that the Supplier must comply with these regulations and, if they cannot, will not accept our order.

Unfortunately, despite expediting at the highest levels, we are still to receive signed affirmations of compliance from several of our Franchised Manufacturers. Thus, currently, we cannot make our across-the-board certification of compliance to our customers. Where we can, we are happy to certify compliance for those manufacturers from whom we have received an appropriate declaration.

We are logging all requests and, as soon as we can do so, we will respond to individual requests.
