TE Connectivity 369 Connector Series

The TE Connectivity 369 series offers a compact, lightweight interconnect solution designed specifically for aerospace applications. Manufactured from advanced composite thermoplastic materials, the connectors are up to 40% smaller and 80% lighter than traditional options, while meeting stringent aerospace standards for low smoke, toxicity, and flammability.

With fluorosilicone seals and gaskets, the 369 series delivers reliable performance across a wide temperature range of –55°C to +175°C and maintains resistance to hazardous fluids including de-icing agents, hydraulic fluid, and cleaning solvents. IP67 sealing is achieved through triple wire seal technology and a unique “cork-in-bottle” interface, ensuring protection against moisture ingress.

Ease of use is central to the design. A push-fit button locking mechanism provides quick mating with an audible click, while scoop-proof interfaces and five colour-coded keying options reduce the risk of mis-mating. The rectangular profile allows easy stacking in space-restricted environments, and both halves can accept male or female contacts for maximum configuration flexibility.

Installation is equally simple. Panel-mount versions require only a single hole and click securely into place without fasteners, while in-line connectors can be secured using cable ties, which may also be used to lock out the mating button.

Available in 3, 6, and 9-way versions, the range now includes PCB mount and EMI/RFI shielded models with nickel-plated shells delivering Mil-DTL-38999 levels of performance and up to 10 Gb/s data rates.
