Honeywell Board-Level Pressure Sensors

Honeywell board-level pressure sensors cover ranges from 0 psi to 250 psi. The design has four piezoresistors on a chemically etched silicon diaphragm. A pressure change causes a strain in the diaphragm and the buried resistors.
