The ITT Cannon BKA C/D/E/F/X ARINC 600 series offers robust, high-density rack and panel interconnect solutions for demanding aerospace and military applications. Engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of avionics, in-flight entertainment (IFE), cabin systems, and defence electronics, these connectors are the standard for both commercial and military air transport systems.

Available in three and six-gang configurations, BKA ARINC 600 connectors support up to 800 low-insertion force contacts, including advanced multi-signal options such as Quadrax systems. Designed for blind-mate applications, they simplify installation in high-vibration or limited-access environments. Users benefit from field-replaceable inserts and the option of front or rear release/removable contacts, enhancing serviceability and reducing downtime.

The connectors come in both environmental and non-environmental versions, with aluminium alloy shells and corrosion-resistant Alodine 1200 or nickel plating. Operating reliably between -65°C and +125°C, they accommodate crimp, coax, power, PCB, and wire-wrap contacts.

It can accommodate up to 800 size 22 stamped PCB contacts, offering significant savings over traditional machined types. This makes them ideal for systems requiring high performance and affordability.

ITT Cannon also offers variants like the TBKAD filter connector for enhanced EMI protection and the compact SGA single-gang version for space-constrained applications.
