Amphenol 38999 Connectors

D38999 Connectors:

  • Circular connectors qualified to MIL-DTL-38999
  • QPL approved
  • Operating temperatures: -65°C to +200°C
  • Manufactured from Aluminium alloy with RoHS compliant Black Zinc-Nickel, Electroless Nickel plating finishes and Cadmium Olive Drab plating as standard
  • Stainless Steel, Marine Bronze, Aluminium, Titanium and Composite material options also available
  • Olive drab Cadmium plating, Nickel plating, Black Zinc Nickel plating and other plating finishes on request
  • 60+ contacts arrangement, including high density versions

602GB Connectors:

  • Miniature bayonet lock, rear insertable and rear release crimp contacts
  • Qualified to MIL-DTL26482, DEF-STAN 59-56 and PAN 6432-1/4
  • Crimp termination with size 20, 16 and 12 contacts
  • Operating temperatures: -65˚C to +200˚C
  • Manufactured from Aluminium Alloy with Cadmium Olive Drab plating, available in Stainless Steel and Electroless Nickel finish
  • Wide range of defence applications including battlefield systems, ground vehicles, communications systems, industrial equipment, aircraft and factory automation

62GB Connectors:

  • Miniature bayonet connector, derived from MIL-DTL-26482
  • Aluminium alloy shell material as standard with plating options available
  • Wire gauge 24 AWG to 8 AWG
  • Operating temperatures: -55˚C to +125˚C
  • Moisture and corrosion resistant
  • Fully intermateable and intermountable with BS 9522 F0017, and MIL-DTL-26482 Series 1 (solder)
  • Special versions include ribbed coupling rings to enable operation when using protective clothing and lever versions where access to the connector is limited
  • Suitable for battlefield systems, ground vehicles, communication systems, industrial equipment and factory automation

162GB Connectors:

  • Miniature fast bayonet lock coupling with front release contacts
  • Crimp termination with size 20,16 and 12 contacts
  • Operating temperatures: -55°C to +200°C (dependent on the plating finish)
  • Manufactured from Aluminium Alloy with Cadmium Olive Drab plating as default and alternate finishes on request
  • MIL-DTL-26482 qualification
  • Ideal for battlefield systems, ground vehicles, communications systems, industrial equipment, military aircraft and factory automation

608 Marine Connectors:

  • Threaded anti-vibration coupling mechanism with high impact strength
  • Manufactured from Nickel Aluminium Bronze offering 1000 hours salt spray resistance
  • Crimp or solder contacts
  • Shell sizes 8 to 24 and up to 61 contacts
  • Operating temperatures: -55°C to +125°C
  • Suitable for Naval and Marine applications

TERRAPIN:

  • Terrapin SCE2 miniature circular push-pull military connector
  • 7 – 37 contacts
  • Sealed to IP68, up to 20m immersion
  • Brass shell as standard, aluminium available
  • Black-silver plating offering corrosion resistance
  • Suited to battlefield communications, switches, routers and ruggedised laptops in harsh environments

  • Rhino 38999 provides up to 1000A current capacity in a MIL-DTL-38999 style shell
  • Hyperbolic contact design with touch-protected contacts
  • Sealing (mated and unmated) IP69K, 1hr at 2 metres immersion and proof against high pressure steam jet cleaning
  • Salt spray resistance is plating dependent, eg 500hrs for Black Zinc Nickel
