Panasonic offer a wide range of solid state relays with a variety of features and applications.

APT1 – Photo-triac coupler with various options for external Triac control. Typical applications for the APT1 are for the triac driver in heater controls of products such as office equipment, home appliances, and industrial machines and triac driver for SSRs.

AQ-H solid state relay is a compact DIP type SSR that’s ideal for AC load control. This relays handles both 100 and 200 V AC in a single product. Applications include home appliances and industrial equipment.

AQ-G solid state relay is a 1A and 2A space saving PC board terminal type.

AQ-1 solid state relay is a 1A to 10A high-capacity PC board terminal type with superior anti-vibration and anti-shock characteristics. Vertical types with SIL terminal arrangement and flat types are available. Applications for the AQ-1 solid state relay include printing machines, packing machines, traffic signal control, automatic ticket punchers, terminal equipment of data processing, computer peripherals and NC machines.

AQ-8 solid state relay is a 2A and 3A space saving PC board terminal type, excellent in noise resistance, with high reliability, long life and maintenance free. The AQ-8 solid state relays are most suitable as drivers for small size AC motors, solenoids, solenoid valves. Other applications include copying equipment, air conditioners and industrial equipment such as NC machines, sequencers, robots etc.

AQ-J solid state relay is a compact high capacity (25A max) hockey puck type relay. Slim heat sink combined type joining the lineup. Applications include kitchen appliances, vending machine, injection molding machine, packing machine and amusement machine.

AQ-N hockey puck type solid state relay has five types available from 10A to 40A. Applications include molding machines, temperature controlled bath, printing machines, wrapping and packing machine and machine tools.

AQ-R solid state relay is 10A to 40A hockey puck type with two types of terminal shapes. Applications for molding machines, temperature controlled bath, printing machine and machine tool.

AQ-K solid state relay is 10A and 25A DIN rail type. The DIN rail type combined with heatsink for vertical profile to help save space on control panels. Applications in molding machines, temperature controlled bath, printing machine and machine tool.

AQ-C solid state relay is an input and output module compact DIL type. The AQ-C relay is excellent in noise resistance and has an integrated snubber circuit. Reverse polarity type is available.

AQ-F solid state relay is an AC and DC plug-in type. This relay is suitable for high capacity and high frequency switching. The relay is the same size and same terminal arrangement as HC relay and has to loads types available (DC and AC).
