Panasonic offer a vast range of signal electromechanical relays. The popular types include the GN (SMD) relays, GQ (SMD) relays, TQ relays, TQ (SMD) relays, TX (SMD) relays, DS2Y relays. Other signal relays include TX-S (SMD) relays, SX (SMD) relays, TX-D (SMD) relays, TN relays, TK relays, DS relays, HY relays.
GN (SMD) signal relay is an ultra-small package, slim polarised relay. It features a compact slim body that saves space and has outstanding surge resistance. The use of twin crossbar contacts ensures that there is high contact reliability. The product is RoHS compliant. Typical applications include telephone switchboards, telecommunications equipment, measurement equipment and consumer electronic and audio visual equipment.
GQ (SMD) signal relay is an ultra-small package, flat polarised relays. The GQ relays feature a compact flat body that saves space and had outstanding surge resistance. A RoHS compliant product, that uses twin crossbar contact to ensure high contact reliability. Typical applications are telephone switchboards, telecommunications equipment, measurement equipment and consumer electronic and audio visual equipment.
TQ signal relays are RoHS compliant that feature 1,500V FCC and 4-pole model are available. Applications include communications, measurement equipment, OA equipment and industrial machines.
TQ (SMD) signal relays feature an ultra low profile of 5.8mm and a surge that withstands 2,500V. There are 3 types of surface-mount terminals available. A RoHS compliant product. Applications include communications, measurement equipment, OA equipment and industrial machines.
TX signal relay is a 2 A capacity relay with high surge breakdown voltage and high breakdown voltage. TX (SMD) is RoHS compliant and features outstanding surge resistance with the surge breakdown voltage between contacts and coil 2,000V. 3 types of surface-mount terminal are available. Applications include communications (XDSL transmission), measurement, security, home appliances and audio/visual equipment, automotive equipment and medical equipment.
TX-S signal relays are small-polarised relays with high sensitivity and nominal operating power of 50mW. 1,500V FCC. A range of surface-mount types are available that include a low-profile surface-mount terminal type (SA), a high connection reliability surface-mount terminal type (SL) and space saving surface-mount terminal type (SS). RoHS compliant with typical applications that include communications (XDSL, Transmission), measurement, security, automotive equipment, medical equipment, home appliances and audio/visual equipment.
SX (SMD) signal relays have high sensibility of 50mW with guaranteed low level switching capacity. SX relay features high contact reliability over a long life that has been made possible for low level loads. Where a stable contact resistance is required, this relay can be used for the low level load for measuring instruments or others. Other features include low thermal electromotive force and the SX relay is RoHS compliant.
TX-D signal relays have a new stronger surge breakdown type (6,000V). This high-insulation relay conforms to the insulation level provided for in the EN41003. The features of the TX-D signal relays include outstanding vibration and shock resistance, the sealed construction allows automatic washing and a range of 3 surface-mount terminals are available. A RoHS compliant product.
TN signal relays are slim polarized relays that have a surge breakdown voltage of 1500V FCC. TN relays feature the use of gold-clad twin crossbar contacts that ensure high contact reliability. Other features of the TN relays are low thermal electromotive force and outstanding vibration and shock resistance. Typical applications for the TN relays are communications, measurement equipment, OA equipment and industrial machines.
TK signal relays have an ultra low profile of 4mm and high contact capacity of 2 A. These polarized relays have a surge breakdown voltage between contacts and coil of 2500V. Applications for the TK signal relay include computer peripherals, telephone devices and telecommunications equipment, crime and disaster prevention equipment and machine tools.
DS signal relays are highly sensitive 1500V FCC surge breakdown voltage miniature relays. These RoHS compliant relays are suitable for use in difficult environments as the epoxy resin seals the parts and cut off the external atmosphere. The DS relays are recommended for a broad range of applications that include business devices, audio systems, industrial equipment as well as telecommunications, measuring devices, office equipment, computers and related equipment.
DS2Y miniature signal relays have a sealed construction and a high breakdown voltage of 1500V FCC surge between open contacts. High sensitivity – 200 mW nominal operating power. Applications for the DS2Y relays include telecommunication equipment, office equipment, computer peripherals, security alarm systems and medical equipment.
HY signal relays are non-polarized relays that have a sealed construction. High sensitivity of 50mW nominal operating power. Typical applications include automotive equipment (automirrow controller, retractable head light controller), push button device (dial pulsing), portable video tape recorders and audio devices and computer peripherals.
