Panasonic

Panasonic offer a vast range of polarized power electromechanical relays. The popular types include the DE relays, DJ relays. Other polarized power relays include DSP relays, DK relays, DY relays, DQ relays, S relays, ST relays, SP relays and EP relays.

DE polarised power relays conform to VDE0631, having creepage and clearance distance of min. 8mm. These RoHS compliant relays have low operating power and their compact bodies saves space.

DSP polarised power relays are 8A miniature power relays in a DS relays series. Having a high switching capacity as well as high sensitivity, high breakdown voltage and a high contact welding resistance. DSP relays can be found in office and industrial electronic devices and terminal devices of information processing equipment, such as printer & data recorder. Other applications include office equipment (copier, facsimile), measuring instruments and NC machines, temperature controllers and programmable logic controllers.

DK polarised 10A miniature power relays are compact relays with high capacity, high sensitivity as well as a high breakdown voltage. This RoHS compliant relay can be used in switching power supplies and power switching for various OA equipment. Other applications include control or driving relays for industrial machines, output relays for programmable logic controllers, temperature controllers, timers etc and home appliances.

DY polarised relays are 10A miniature power relays for inductive loads.  These RoHS compliant relays are compact in size with latching types available as well as sockets. Typical applications include control for industrial machines (machine tools, robotics), output relays for temperature controllers, PLCs, timers, sensors, measuring equipment and security equipment.

DJ polarised relays are 16A, compact and high insulation power latching relays. Creepage and clearance distance is greater than 8mm. A test button (manual lever) type to facilitate circuit checks is also available. The DJ polarised power relay is found in applications that include FA equipment (brake circuits of industrial machine and robots etc), electric power devices (remote surveillance devices etc), household appliance networks (motor control and lighting control etc) and time switches.

DQ polarised relays are 30A power latching relays which feature high insulation, sealed construction and used in applications that include time switches, electric water heaters and remote control of electric power meters.

S polarised power relays are compact and feature high sensitivity, high vibration and shock resistance and low thermal electromotive force. This RoHS compliant relay can be found in applications that include telecommunications equipment, data processing equipment, facsimiles, alarm equipment and measuring equipment.

ST polarised power relays are sealed to meet the combination process of automatic wave soldering and cleaning needs. The ST relays feature high inrush capability, high switching capacity and high sensitivity in sub miniature size. The relays are IC drivable PC board relays for field load switching.

SP polarised relays are compact 10A & 15A power relays with high sensitivity. Other features include high vibration and shock resistance and a wide switching range.

EP polarised power relays have a high voltage and current cut-off capacity in a compact package. Other features include low operating sound, no arc space required, safety construction and a wide selection of models are available. Applications for the EP polarised power relays include cogeneration systems, battery inspection and testing equipment, construction machinery, automatic guided vehicle, welding equipment, inverter control, solar power generation systems and elevator etc.
