New initiative provides a total interconnect solution.
Aerco, the electronics and electrical component distributor, has set up a new facility at its UK headquarters in Horsham to stock and supply wire and cable products including equipment wire, coax and multi core cables and a range of wire management and heat shrink products.
Aimed primarily at Aerco’s traditional market areas of rail, aerospace and military vehicles and equipment, Aerco will provide a total interconnect service that includes products from leading, world-class manufacturers such as Alpha Wire, Tyco Electronics and Thermax CDT. Specifications include Mil spec / Def Stan and UL/CSA approved across all ranges.
Rob Laughton, managing director of Aerco said: “We have over 2,000 customers and all of them buy and use cable and wire. Adding these products to our portfolio will allow us to complement our existing range of connector products and offer our customers a total interconnect service that is experienced and efficient and is supported by our well-known design support capability.”
