Aerco now stocks the Glenair Series 77 range of environmental shrink boots. Known as the ‘Full Nelson’ range because of their iron grip and long-term effectiveness, these boots, when installed with pre-coated adhesive or with Glenair’s high performance two part epoxy adhesive, provide a dependable, long-term, leak-proof seal for the most demanding of interconnect applications.
Straight-lipped boots for use with boot adaptors and lipless boots for direct attachment to connector threads are available in a wide range of lengths and sizes and in straight and right angle versions.
The Series 77 range is supplied with various flexibilities to suit different applications and are made from either high performance elastomer, zero-halogen polyolefin or general purpose polyolefin depending upon the environmental requirements and resistance required against lubricating oil, hydraulic fluid, aviation fuel, de-icing fluid, petrol and diesel oil.
For military applications Series 77 shrink boots can be supplied to the exacting requirements of VG95343 Parts 6,18,28 and 29.
Also available are shrink boot adaptors, lamp-base thread adaptors, shield sock adaptors, and lightweight composite adaptors.
