New LEDs dramatically reduce system maintenance costs |

Now available in the UK from Aerco is a new generation of LEDs that is the first of its kind in the world and provides a total solution to LED bulb replacements.
The SOLO range of LED filament bulb replacements from MARL is fitted with intelligent, bi-polar, circuitry that allows either AC or DC operation and has the unique ability to operate consistently at its optimum brightness level at any voltage between 8 and 48 volts. This dramatically reduces inventory and stocking costs because one LED type can be used to replace numerous versions of size BA9 filament bulbs. With MTBF figures of 100,000 hours continuous use, this new generation of LEDs will, when used to replace filament bulb lamps, dramatically increase system reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
SOLO LEDs are internally encapsulated ensuring total protection against shock and vibration and generate very little heat. This prevents burning of the switch tops and lenses and so extends the life of the lens cap. |
