Aerco is now a UK distributor for IMS Connector Systems. Among the products to be stocked by the Horsham based company is a new range of PCB plugs for both surface mount and traditional through-hole mounting technology.
Available in smooth bore and limited detent versions the IMS range of SMP connectors are designed for applications such as base stations and have been optimised for VSWR performance in a microstrip environment with excellent matching characteristics.
A wide range of adapters covers PCB distances from 10mm to over 25mm and a range of cable plugs for semi-rigid, semi-flexible and flexible cables is also offered.
IMS standard SMP products are designed according to MIL-STD-348A and the company also offers a non-standard variation with the ability to accommodate tolerances in board-to-board distances from nominal spacing of up to 0.5mm and guarantee full compatibility with standard IMS SMP jacks. |
