Aerco now holds extensive stock and supplies the Harwin Datamate range of high reliability, high performance connectors on small or no minimum order quantities.
Approved to British standard 9525-F0033, the range features Harwin’s ‘four-finger’ beryllium copper contact technology that ensures integrity of connection under the most severe conditions making them ideal for applications subject to high vibration and shock. The Datamate system has a proven record in the aerospace, military, industrial and oil and gas industries.
Datamate encompasses a wide product family that has been developed to meet the varied demands of cable-to-board and cable-to-cable applications. The Datamate Mix-Tek affords engineers complete flexibility of design, with a modular concept that allows a mix of contacts including signal, power up to 20A and coaxial up to 6GHz frequency in the same connector.
In addition, the Datamate BS range is 100% tested for safety critical applications while the L-Tek and J-Tek series utilise latches and jackscrews for secure termination. For significant savings on assembly time and process cost the Datamate Trio-Tek uses an open barrel crimp contact allowing the crimp process to be automated.
