Aerco casts light on the situation with a new LED design facility |

Aerco, the Horsham based electronics component distributor, has set up a specialist LED design facility that offers designers a complete and detailed design service for all types of projects where illumination is required.
This new service is part of the growing Aerco Design Support Team. Working closely with LED specialist Marl International, advice will be given on the most suitable type of LED for the particular application and working with other specialist sub-contractors Aerco will then undertake complete design and manufacture of illuminated displays, warning signs advertising and special lighting effects.
Rob Laughton, managing director of Aerco comments: "The use of LEDs is growing rapidly both as replacement for filament bulbs and in a new generation of high quality displays. Because of their flexibility and long life, LEDs lend themselves readily to moving displays and other types of animation. We are sure that this service will be of great benefit to companies designing for the advertising industry, road traffic systems, interior displays and many others."
