Aerco has introduced to the UK a new range of extra-deep fans designed to give maximum performance in applications that require high airflow in high pressure environments such as modern, densely packed electronic enclosures.
The Delta GFB series consists of fans 50.8mm deep in frame sizes of 60, 80, 92 and 120mm square that provide airflow from 15.1 litre/sec (32.14 CFM) at zero pressure, with a maximum pressure of 9.59mm H2O, through to a maximum of 95.6 litre/sec (203.4 CFM) at zero pressure, with a maximum pressure of 20.83mm H2O, over the range of frame sizes.
Frames and impellers are made from UL:94V-O plastic and the high quality, twin ball-bearing motor construction provides a product life of ‘L10 @40º’ with a MTTBF of 25,000 hours.
The Delta GBF series is available in 12 or 24VDC in all frame sizes and the 120mm frame size is also supplied in 48VDC. Signal wires are available on all frame sizes for fan fail rotation detection, speed sensor and pulse with modulation control.
Aerco supplies the fans with leads of lengths other than the standard 355mm and they can also be fitted with the customers’ designated connector and threaded inserts.
