EZ-Fuse Clips from Harwin make an easy connection with the fuse to an SMT circuit board.  Designed to accept mini blade fuse tails or blade tabs 2.8mm x 0.8mm that are typlically found in automotive and related applications if placed in a pair. The SMT fuse clips have a 15 amp current rating and are resistant to shock and vibration.
