EZ-Cable Clips from Harwin are available in 4 different size options, to accommodate a range of wires between 1.0mm and 3.0mm in diameter, and are physically much smaller than equivalent plastic wire management clips.  As a result of the metal clips being placed directly onto solder pads, there is not need to drill retaining holes in the PCB, further space and cost savings are made.  The SMT cable clips are ultra low profile and do no protrude through the PCB increasing design flexibility.
