BTI Light Systems supply a range of low intensity red obstruction lights that have elevated vertical beam angle to minimize light below the horizontal plane. Built with light emitting diodes (LEDs) that have an extremely long life (excess of 100000 hours), the dome is an integrated bird spike. 

Features of the low intensity obstruction light range include heavy duty corrosion free housing that has a nylon base and UV resistant polycarbonate dome, with fittings and bolts made of stainless steel. Designed with internal copper lining in base and surge arrestors for lightning protection. The obstruction light operates from 24V DC, is pre wired with 15m shielded robust UV stable cable and has internal monitoring and alarm functions.

OL40 - 32cd – ICAO Annex 14 low intensity light type B

OL60 - 50cd – For applications other than ICAO
