The GEC ALSTHOM range of Interservice fuse links was originally developed for Admiralty and later allocated Interservice part numbers for use by all of the armed forces. This range is now classified under N.A.T.O stock numbers, which are universally recognised.
The Aircraft fuse links are a range of lightweight, high performance fuse links that comply with requirements of BS88 and BSG 176.
The “AS” range of fuse links are available in current ratings up to 20 Amps with ferrule terminations. Alternatively these fuse links are available with tag terminations designated “AST”.
The “UA” range of fuse links cover ratings up to 300 Amps for this application with a motor circuit version also available designated “UAM”.
